You could remove the capo, and tune up 1/2 step.

To play a G you would play a F#
To play a Em you would play D#m
To play a D you would play a C#
To play a C you would play a B

I don't know why you would want to capo on the first fret to play those chords, though. Makes life harder, not easier. Doesn't make much sense to me.

EDIT: Conie gave the fingerings for the chords I listed.

with a capo of the first fret, the tablature for those chords can be played as follows: (with 0 as being open, playing first fret)
G 24432
Em x68876
D x46664
C 79987

but for these chords you do not need a capo, so why bother?

Play the same way you normally would without the capo. When people tab music that uses a capo, they refer to the chord shapes by what they would be without the capo.

G: 320023
Em: 022000
D: x00232
C: x32010
