I've been told that London's the only western city were, when you go outside you will almost definitely see dual race people, people from another country and hear someone speaking a foreign language. I don't know a statistic though.

Definatley the U.S. Everytime you ask someone where they from they tell you they're Irish with a thick New York accent. It's crazy.
