I know someone who was DEA and now builds homes for a living. Might be the same guy or the money and less stress drew them to construction.

He may have but he isn't very wise to pass the information along. I also have to wonder why someone would go from DEA to construction. It seems to me other doors would be open to him like Homeland Security or something.

Not everyone wants to work in Law Enforcement forever.
Not everyone wants to be in the Military forever.
How would it be different to leave the DEA than the Military?
If it's time to move on, they have as much right to do something else as you do.

well first he could not take his badge with him unless he retired,
You can buy varoius historic badges and badges from TV movies online.
But DEA and Justice Department have alot of turn over, Federal employment is very tough in some of these jobs.

DEA agents are subject to burn out at a great rate. I guess you will never really know if he is bullshiting you or not; but, you can take his word for it until you see proof otherwise.

"recommendations from intelligence intercepts, wiretaps, informants and an excellent database of telephone information to authorities in the technique the country to assist them launch offender investigations of people." those drugs do basically not disappear even as they hit the U.S.... they're bought you already know... that's all portion of a similar grant chain? so, do you elect the DEA to in hardship-free words burn the evidence they discover hostile to people for the period of their global investigations?
