The PCV valve is to ventilate crankcase, and is usually full of oil. Oil eats rubber so check the gasket it plugs into, at air cleaner. I'd replace it AND the PCV valve, they are cheap.

It is on the valve cover. a black plastic 90 degree elbow that fits down in to the valve cover. it is held in place with a rubber grommet that you need to replace if you replace your pcv valve. it usually has a black rubber hose coming to it going back to the intake

You may have what G M calls a PCV orifice, it is an internal passage that some engineer made more money designing than he is worth. Probably the same guy that put the water pump inside of the engine on some Chryslers.

On top of valve cover. Has a small hose going to it. Should be on the opposite side as the oil fill hole

Follow the hose from your valve cover to a cylinder smaller than a pack of cigarettes, thats it.
