Just goes to proove you cannot always trust what politicians say. Just about everyone knows Mr Bush has a college education. People tend to say funny and sometimes outright insulting things about him becausse he is KNOWN for having problems with his delivery when speaking. Would you feel a little nervous when speaking, knowing the entire WORLD will be watching??
I do NOT agree with our President on many issues either. What really cracks me us is the fact that years ago there was a law on the books that prevented canidates from "verbaly bashing" one another. The law changed over 20 years ago and ever since the feathers have fown! It is human nature to say something you mean the opposite of under pressure. I have done it at work and caught myself and actually caused a chain reaction one time -- people started saying the opposite the rest of the day one time. Can be fustrating. Bush has a lot of verbal funnies. Karry needs to look in the mirror. He has said things he later regretted. Kerry is known for talking for hours at a time without any content! JFK was a "C" (average student) but known to be a great pres. I think problem solving & listening are more important skill to posess if you are to be president than "pillow fighting".

You don't have to buy an MBA from Harvard if you're a child of an alumnist. They just give it to you.
Don't be so impressed with the Ivy League. over 60% of their students are in because they have money and connections with former alumni.
Regardless of that, though, Kerry is just another Corporatist, like Bush. The stock market is currently being propped up by a Black Op organization that has been pumping the money into it to keep it rising.

The low interest rates are there because the world needs oil and has sold everything it owns in order to acqure US dollars to buy it with. China is holding onto about a trillion in CASH to keep in case we threaten them. Saudi Arabia reinvests most of their cash (from our SUV's and McHouses) into the stock market right now. Carter couldn't get that cash because, unlike Bush, he wasn't all buddy-buddy with the Saud family bank and he didn't have a direct phone line to them to let them know that we can pull the plug on their security anytime they stop buying our bonds and stocks.

G'day Rod C,

Thank you for your question.

Frankly, he is just playing to his base rather than the truth of the situation. Both men have the same educational background. Kerry just made a gaffe and is trying to cover his embarrassment.

Regards

Hey don't put Bush down for his lack of
ablity to pronucnce words correctly...
He did go to the same college as
Lynndie England and we all know
how darn smart she is!!!

A cigarette dangling from her broad smile,
she is seen pointing to the bottom half of detainees
and, in one photo, holding a leash attached to a prone prisoner.

Now thats one SMART Republican gal, eh!

Image is everything.

The "idea" is that George has one of the best educations money can buy, but he still comes across as some kind of rube or bumpkin.

It is true that as far as academic prowess, they are nearly identical (although Kerry did have more "Ds" than George did).

As far as the market goes, that will do what it wants to do, regardless who is in office.

It is like most of what is coming from the left these days it is a lie. Thank you for reminding those that read Yahoo Answers that it is Kerry that is less educated than Bush and not the other way around.

Jokes don't have to be based on facts or even make sense. I've never actually seen a chicken cross a road, but I still get those jokes and find some funny. You have to take jokes a little less serious.

I'm sure you'll have plenty amigos giving you your needed reassurances. If you've heard Bush speak and not realized that he's not the sharpest tack in the drawer, it's no wonder he was elected, given the electorate. So what if the stock market's up (I took a minus 5 percent stock hit in the first quarter of 2006). If you're actually aware of the Iraq war our genius leader has bumbled this country into at the tune of 7 trillion dollars, you wouldn't even ask this question. Besides, it's not a question, it's a soapbox speech. Maybe I should report you.

Just because Bush went to Yale, doesn't mean he necessarily learned anything... He probably only got there just because of his dad, which is exactly how he got the presidency. I'm sure all the Coke he did made a difference in how he thinks, aswell...

So you know for a FACT that Dumbya wrote ALL his college papers and took ALL his tests??? Money talks... all else walks.
Do you think the transmitter under the coat just STARTED when Dumbya debated in 2004? Where ever Dumbya went to school, the results aren't evident. Down with Dictator Dumbya!!!
