Hello there

Well, I think most women wear that kind of shoes for their noise.
What I mean is, and this was confirmed by friends of mine (women). The noise gives them confidence and a feeling of power.

It's normal for those shoes to make that noise, no one will find it odd.

But if you really want to stop the noise, try glue and a textil in the likes of carpet. Be sure it doesn't go noticed or it will be worse than the "toc toc" and be sure it doesn't unglue:)

You can also try with thick paper, in the likes of cardboard. Paint it and glue it.

Wear tenis shoes on the way there, and change before you go in, so the paper or textil doesn't get damaged in the way.

Hope it helps! And good luck with the interview:)

Although some people thing the "click-clack" of heels is cute, some consider it a turn off or annoying. To erase your reputation as a clacker [Devils Wears Prada =p] you can try walking more on your heels of your shoe first, it takes some practice to look confident and balanced while you're doing it, but it'll pay off majorly.

ok ill try to explain this the best that i can....

when you are walking, have good posture and instead of putting your heel down first then your toe, try to walk toe then heel, toe then heel. i am a model and this is how i learned to walk the runway, because "models should be seen not heard"

good luck on your interview!! hope i helped

touring a plant... those boots dont seem to be the best option in your case... so either you could get some new cooler heels (try walking around the store) or put rubber or something on the bottom

concentrate on walking lightly, heel, toe, heel, toe. if you step lightly enough, you won't have as much noise. think of yourself as a ballerina and you must walk gracefully and poised. also if you stand up straight and breathe evenly, you'll carry your body better and then your shoes won't be as loud.
