You can have a fracture or even a full break and still have movement, I have known people who broke their foot or leg and still could walk like nothing was wrong. My husband fractured his wrist and he was still doing pull ups... so if you think it might be... get it checked just in case. because if you let it go it could cause worse problems down the line.

You can have a "hairline" fracture anyplace and still have movement. Sometimes with no pain! That is what is bad about a hairline fracture. When I was in basic training guys used to get what they called "greenstick" fractures in the lower leg bones. I don't know if this is a real medical term or not. They could still walk, and some of the hardcases could still run.
I had a hairline fracture of my right ring finger many years ago. I was in the middle of an FTX, and the medic told me it was OK to keep working. I have no pain now, and did not have much then, but my knuckle skin somehow got attached to where the bone healed and now I have a perfectly smooth knuckle when I bend my finger just partway.
It's cute at parties, but that's about it. Nine knuckles all gnarly and wrinkled, and one smooth as a baby butt.
If it hurts, get it fixed. If it don't, leave it for the party circuit 30 years from now.

Yes. Some people who have hairline fractures just feel a little sore. Wrists are notorious for this.

yes it is possible. my mom has this problem she was told that their is a hairline fracture and she is still able to move her arm. although she has very much pain. her arm sometimes just lets go and gives away. you might want to ask your doctor for a cast. that is what has helped my mom because it is not good to let a frature, no matter the size, go without being healed.
