has any on e gone trick or treating there and seen these little sparks falling.it looks like snow

That's rain, not snow. If you look at the front page of the gazette you can see what the weather is supposed to be for that day and yesterday's weather was rain.

I been trick or treating.You can buy those from a Party store or Halloween store.Next year
