At a baby shower I attended we all split into teams of 2 and one person was blind folded while the other fed them baby food. Who ever guessed the most correct answers one.
Also everyone wrote down how big they thought the mommy was around the tummy and then measured her and the closest won.

Here are a few games that I've done:
-Put 3 different baby foods in a clear, unmarked jar. Number them and keep track of which is which. Ask everyone to write down what kind of baby food they think it is, and whoever gets all three right, wins.
-The clothespin game: everyone starts off with a clothespin at the beginning of the party and whenever someone says baby, someone else can take their pins. whoever has the most at the end, wins.
-Count of a bunch of clothespins and put them in a BIG clear jar. Keep the number a secret. Ask everyone to look at the jar and guess how many are in there. Closest wins.
-Get some string or ribbon, use it to measure your sister's belly, and keep it hidden from all the guests. Then have everyone cut their own piece of string to how long they think it will fit around your sister's belly. Whoever has the closest size, wins.
Hope this helps, and goodluck.

The Baby game:
Everyone starts out with a clothes pin on their shirt. No one is allowed to say "baby" throughout the shower. If you catch someone, you take their clothespin. The person with the most by the end of the night wins.

This isn't a game but buy some thank you cards and have the guests write their address on the envelopes(like they are sending them to themselves) that way it makes it soooo much easier to send off the thank yous! My sister did this for me at my baby shower(after I had my baby) and it made it so much easier-I didn't have to look up everybodys address

hmmmm, I had 2 showers,
-Have everyone cut a string that they think is the circumference of the pregnant belly,
-Have a tray of baby accessories and have the guest memorize and try to win a prize
-Have everyone fill out a sheet that gives advice, guesses the weight and birthday
that is all I remember........

one I recently attended, had the guests hold a piece of paper (on a hard book) over their head...the mom-to-be said "draw the head" "draw the eyes" etc. etc. The guests had to draw a baby but couldn't look. It was fun (the pictures u get are pretty funny).
