He doesn't--you have to get a visa, which is only available through the Nigerian embassy or a consulate (if there is a consulate here). This dude is trying to steal your identity. If you are going to Nigeria to visit him, make vacation plans for another country!

Don't do it!!!!! He could be selling your information so someone else can use it. There are alot of illegal activities going on with Nigeria. Where did you meet this friend?

He does not need that information for you to get into the country. If he has that type of information it is however MUCH easier to defraud some mony from you.

BEWARE.

Don't give him a single thing. He's a scam artist and this sort of thing runs rampant. Cease all contact with him, he's very bad news.

They're definitely trying to scam you--don't give them your information. You can get a visa through the government--your friend cannot get one for you. Please be safe.
