i'm 6 weeks preg. and i still start my period is it normal. i'm 17 i'm married my boyfriend got send to irak help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It can happen that you get your period when you are pregnant. And you can also have your period monthly while you are pregnant, just like if you weren't. I have had friends that were pregnant and still got their periods. Don't worry it does happen.

It is normal for some people my aunt had a period until she was about 6 months

I've known a few people to have their period while their pregnant but you should call your ob/gyn in the morning and let them no they'll probably want to do a check-up. Good luck and stay calm.

Hey,
Not trying to scare you, but it might not be your period...I did that also and thought it was my period until I went to the doctor....It was something to do with my placenta....I am 11wks 5 days, still bleeding but brown/black blood, and on bedrest until I reach my 18th week....So I won't miscarry it...Just go to the doctor, explain your situation, and until you go to the doctor, stay off your feet....Good Luck!!!

no bleeding is not normal in pregnancy not even in early although sometimes it happens and the baby still turns out fine, best of luck

my mom didnt even find out she was pregnant til she was 7 months because she had a period ever month...so its okay...you need to make a doctors apt if your concerned and speak to your doctor...goodluck and congratulations.....iraq lol
