I take it you meant - passed away--
that must have been very difficult for you & will be just as difficult on their birthday;
get out of the house; talk to friends; ***talk *** to the babies;
go for a walk or sit in a park & just reflect on what they gave you in the short time they were with you; write a letter to the babies telling them your feelings
even though you only had them for a short time - u carried them close to your heart throughout your pregnancy so they were an integral part of your life
find out if there any support groups in your local area for bereaved parents.
I have a friend whos son died about 4 years ago (he was 26) & she has become involved with a group called **Compassionate Friends** - which has been helping for her in dealing with his passing. It is a group of people who have experienced the loss of a child & the meet on a regular basis to talk & support each other- & are always available for each other at any time.
I do believe it is an international group

TAKE CARE of you & it is OK to be sad on this day
I am sending you HUGS across the miles

I'm so sorry for your loss. It's okay to be sad. It's okay to grieve. Mark the occasion with your own private ritual. Maybe you can light two candles and say a prayer for them. This day is going to come every year, and you will always remember because you are a mother, and that's what mother's do. Your children are in your heart, and they always will be.
