It usually takes about a week to two weeks for implantation to occure which then will start producing the hormone hcg which is detected in hpt. That is generally around the time your period would be do to show up, if you miss your period take a test or call your doctor

but if you one of those woman that implant on your 5dpo
you can actually take a test after 10dpo
but best time is 1 day after miss period
or buy the test that are for 5 days before missing period

I think you have to wait until about 4 days before your next cycle. I'm not sure any pregnancy tests detect pregnancy sooner than that.

You have to wait until you have missed a period before you can take a preggo test. Conception is not something you can feel.
