First of all, if you EVER have blood in your stool or urine, let someone know ASAP! Blood in your stool/urine is NOT a normal occurrence. Now, that said, if I were very consitpated, and passed a large bowel and saw blood, I would probably assume it was a simple tear. However, if I saw blood again, I'd get medical advice.
And with most things, the earlier it's detected, the EASIER and BETTER the treatment can be.
It may be something simple, such as small rips and tears during the bowel passing thru your anus, or it may be something more in-depth.
Whatever the case, go see a doctor ASAP. S/he will treat you in a professonal manner and will make it as pain-free as possible.
The best of luck!

If you don't drink enough water, eat enough fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, and other food with fiber, your stools will be hard and cause tearing of the intestinal walls which will then bleed.
Try increasing your water; carry a bottle around with you...eat raisins, apples, pineapple, etc for snacks at school. Have mom make you some oatmeal raisin cookies. Once you get enough water and fiber into your system, your stools will get soft and the bleeding should stop. If it doesn't, then get to the doctor!

Sounds like you have hemorrhoids. He/she might do a rectal exam which will involve inserting a finger in your rectum. It won't be painful but it will be uncomfortable. The good news is that it will only be for a few seconds.

Well I went thru this and this is how it went 35yrs ago..
They do what is called a "barium xray".
You drink this nasssty tasting liquid, and then they insert a small probe inside you and take a picture...it's really not that bad, I had 5 of them before I was 8yrs old..it feels like taking a big poop.
The really bad part is drinking that nasty tasting barium juice.

You're either constipated, and so the blood comes from hemorrhoids, or you need a colonoscopy to see what's going on. that's where you go to the outpatient part of the hospital, they put you under, and they put a scope up your rectum to see if you have polyps or something. before the colonoscopy, you will have to take medicine that will clean you out. you will go to the bathroom every 15 minutes for a while till there's nothing left.

You will have to take home this sample kit where you have to smear your poop on this paper for like 3 days and send it to a lab. I guess it can tell whether you have an ulcer or things like that. It's gross but how else do you expect them to check you? Good luck.

my guess is anal fissures or like you said hemmoroids. the doctors most likely going to examine your anus to see what is causing the bleeding. ask you if you feel any pain or stinging. and he's most likely to prescribe you with a cream called anusol.

Its not scary... you probably have hemeroids or an anal fissure. you can look up either on WebMD.com the procedures to take care of them are simple in office procedures. You can try to increase your fiber intake, Eat more fruits and veggies. it won't hurt so much.
