I have to work in two hours and I just feel drained. Any suggestions on what I can do to wake up besides caffeine and a cold shower?? I am trying to get off of caffeine and I don't have time for a cold shower as I have to get dinner going.

I'm currently having an apple (trying to get my blood sugar up) and chugging water like crazy. I hope that it helps! Thanks for the ideas thus far!

Drink tons of water quick! You will be sincerely amazed. I promise. Before you know it, you will forget you were ever tired. Drink at least 3 full glasses at 10 minute intervals. After about 1/2 an hour the tired goes buh bye.

u don't have time for a quick shower in 2 hours, u can try sticking ur head in the freezer and let the cold air wake u up, works for me sometimes.

I would wash my face with cold water if I couldn't take a shower. Blast some music as you get ready.

You could probably pick up an energy drink at the store...there are some that do not have caffeine in them...good luck!

Try singing loud in the car (or anywhere). Doesn't matter if you can sing or not. Just get into the beat!
