Connecting Condominium to city sewer?

I live in a small condminium 21 units. We currently have a drain field and would like to eliminate it and connect to the cuty sewer. The city tells me I need to see an Engineer. What kind of enfineer do I need to find?

If you're not the owner you'd better ask him or her before you go changing the plumbing or you will get sued.
