Install software that came with, plug in, follow prompts from add hardware wizard. Just out of curiosity this is a wireless keyboard and mouse, right?

For the most part on a newer Windows computer you should be able to just plug the device into a USB port. But you might need to install drivers from the CD that came with it.

Maybe you need to ask again with more details.
