Something along the lines of texas chainsaw massacre, although none of my local video stores have it :(. Something that will leave a mark on me. And please don't recommend any of the Freddy movies.

There's always zombie movies like return of the living dead and such.

The original Carrie.
My brother says anything by Traumaville.
The original Amityville Horror.
Saw I and 2
Any of the black and white horror movies. I find the older horror movies made in the 70s and 80s are scarier than the movies made nowadays.

Hostel is a very spine-tingling movie. It will have you on the edge of your seat the whole time. It is very gory! Good movie too!

I can tell you the name of my all-time favorite horror movie, but I have no idea where you could find it. It's called "Frankenstein 1970." He gets really frustrated when he drops Shooter's eyeballs.
