I think you are right. I can generally spot one prettyeasily. They should go with vehicles that blend in a little more instead of these somber looking ones. Also they should lose the clothes and try better street clothes.

The cars that you identify as 'undercover' are really unmarked cars. They are meant to be seen and known who they are. It keeps people on their toes.
Real undercover cars you will have no clue they are police. They will have all kinds, including VW bugs and Porsche's. Those are the true undercover cars.

as time goes on, better and better. this being because there not all tinted crown vics anymore. in my town ive seen f150's durangos, new malibus, intrepids, grand prix gtp's, chargers, etc.. theyre gettin harder to look for
