my comp. configuration is- 128 mb ram, 1.7 ghz, p-4 and my os is windows xp... my motherboard is of kobian and my chipset is of intel series... i cannot install any drivers and specially vga driver... i get an error saying insufficient memory... close one more window and try again... but noneof my window is open... please gimme a solution... please...

128 MB of RAM is the absolute minimum on which you can even load Windows XP. Usually takes 256 or more to actually run. You are probably getting the "insufficient memory" error because you do not have enought RAM in the PC. Increase it and you should be able to install the drivers.
