Marriage, cuz for one thing i wouldnt get married if i didnt want to, so i would be happy and if after a while it turns out that it doesnt work out after all, then i´d just get a divorce. And hey think about it, all your bound to in a marriage is being faithful to another person (whom you must love in the first place to be married to them at all, so you wouldnt really have much trouble in that area, cuz you´d automatically want to be faithful n just be with this person) and in prison, you´re stripped of all your freedoms, down to the very simplest of ones like even being out in the daylight. Doesnt marriage sound better?
Oh and you say a life sentence is only 15 years?..well it depends, i may be wrong, but i´ve heard that sometimes they can be longer than that. But if you´re goin just by the amount of years, well then, marriage has to win again, cuz marriage may be a promise of love for life, but if you stop lovin that person then there is no leagal reason for keepin you still in the marriage, all you´ve gotta do is sign a few papers and you´re divorced.

I am in a marriage, and contrary to popular myth, it is quite wonderful. I would pick it over any other lifestyle, but only with my husband. No other man. If not for him, I would live a happy single life.

Marriage, I'd rather be able to see the world, the new day, sunshine, rain, my (future) children with someone than to be locked up behind bars day after day and have no freedom .

Kermanzo- I am sorry to hear that you have had such a rough love life. I am married and wouldn't trade it for anything! Maybe you will find your soul-mate during your life sentence.
