Creative ways to present history paper?

I had to write 3 letters as if I was in world war one. Now is there any thing i can do to be creative? Example: I am going to make the papers look really old and burn parts of it.

you can go online and find antique stationary, print your letters on that, also include photographs.

you could write in old fashion font.. like a cursive font..
