Seems like she does things so that I can move out and she can have the room to herself! I want to prove her wrong and stay in there because we have about five weeks remaining this semester with school.

first try talkin to her. ask her as nice as possible to try and be a little more considerate. if that doesn't work u can do 1 of 2 things. 1) snitch: go to the dean and tell him how she's makin livin with her unbearable. 2) Whup her ***! (then you'd probably be in trouble, but you'd feel better)

Report her to your Resident Advisor or your Housing coordinator. Those behaviors would be past the boundaries of what they would expect you to live with. They should be able to expel her from the dorm room. In college it's really, REALLY important to be persistent about things because they will not watch out for you. This includes advisors, dorms, etc.
