I'm planning to go on a solo trip for thanksgiving. I just wanna have a nice time for myself. I wanna relax, think, reflect on things in my past, and plan on my future. Any suggestions on where to go near the bay area?

Long Beach, CA. It is a nice place, but it's not well known as other beaches, so the expenses are relatively cheap and it's not that crowded. However, if you are looking for really really quiet place, Santa Barbara is a good place, too.

Cambria, near Hearst Castle, is extremely relaxing to walk the beach and watch the sun rise and set. It is peaceful, and you could experience solitude at its finest.
