They have too long... and how I wish they could be charged with war crimes.. but it will never happen. If it was me or you.. we'd be in jail , likely in front of a firing squad within a minute... but not them.. politicians are invincible.. they can lie and cheat and kill and.. it just doesn't matter.

Not soon enough.
They should be put on trial NOW.
We all know they led us into an illegal war, feeding us lies and propaganda on a scale unseen since Hitler. Now that figures are emerging the death toll in Iraq may be over 600,000, it is a travesty of epic proportions that they have not yet been held accountable, and put on trial as war criminals.
However, who's going to put the American Government on trial? You say one thing against them and they just bomb the crap out of you, the way the bully in the playground picks on the vulnerable child.
I'm with you on this one and have made my disgust and repulsion at them both very clear in previous answers and questions.

particular he could desire to i'm no longer anti conflict yet i'm against the invasion of Iraq based on the Lies that Tony Blair &Co informed. uk /united states allegedly have the terrific intelligence amassing interior the international MI5/MI6/CIA/SIS/FBI so if the Iraqi's had WMD why have been they no longer waiting to pinpoint the places and direct those inspectors quickly to them. might u.s. enable a russian delegation of inspectors into all their web pages of WMD i doubt it. How might u.s. and Britain experience if the troops of foreign places government pulled down the statues of their leaders. The BBC gave Tony's spin on Saddam's crack royal look after the place are they if the existed there could desire to have been lots of persons killed that the united kingdom united states have not admitted to killing replaced into it genuine to search out his sons execute them and parade their bodies might blair like this to take place to his kinfolk he replaced into in basic terms as massive a tyrant as Saddam in his very own way

As the US brokered a deal that let them not get tried for war crimes shortly before their 'war on terror' (how very convenient was that?) the big Dubya and his little dog will be free to enjoy a long and wealthy retirement (until they get nuked by the Koreans at least!!!)

I don't think that they have committed war crimes. War crimes are normally in the region of ordering mass murder of innocent civilians (often of one ethnic group) or similar atrocities. Simply declaring war is not a war crime, especially when they thought they had good justification (i.e. they thought Saddam had WMDs, or might get them and use them soon).

I agree with Sativa. They will not be charged with war crimes because what they have done in Iraq have helped made the world a better place for all people. What you don't see in the news is the many good things that have happened in Iraq.

For example, 90% of Iraqi children now have the chance to get an education rather than a 15% chance before the war.

There are many more examples to point out, but I doubt that they will phase so I won't bother to mention them. Do a little research before accusing these men of war-crimes, please.

unfortunately not soon enough probably. if things keep going like they are, i wouldn't be surprised to see Bush invoke a war powers act and keep himself in office until he feels the war is "over".
