I would go with Morris. The Raiders have one of the top-ranked passing defenses, if not the top (I know it was at the top a week ago). But their run defense is terrible. Like 27th or something. Morris is going to be the primary back against this bad squad.
Bush doesn't do much. Plus he's still backup to Deuce McAllister, already going against the Bucs D, who hasn't been as good this year, but isn't crap or anything. I'm saying this honestly, because Bush was one of my fantasy picks this year and I haven't been starting him recently and I'm not going to this week.

Go with Maurice Morris. I know he hasnt done anything, but he did have a solid game a couple weeks ago. Reggie Bush on the other hand is injured (not that it will matter) and hasnt done well at all lately. Also Morris is playing the raiders who have let up several 100 yard games this year.

I would go with Bush because of his explosiveness. Morris doesn't have the ability to break off a huge play. Bush gets plenty of oppurtunities and has performed decently so far and it will only be a matter of time before he breaks out.
