A couple others have alluded to this, but I think the most important question is, is it normal FOR HER? If she's been like that for most of her life -- say, if she just happens to have a small bladder and enjoy drinking a gallon of water a day -- it's possible there could be nothing wrong, although there are "bladder training" exercises that could help her learn to hold on longer if she's really bothered by it. She could also have an "overactive" bladder which could be treated with meds, assuming she finds the benefit of the meds outweighs any side effects. Actually, it could easily be both -- a chronically overactive bladder is going to start acting a lot "smaller" than normal, because the overactivity never allows it to stretch out to its full capacity, so it gets used to needing to be emptied urgently with less and less urine.

What would really be an issue to worry about is if going this often is a *drastic change* from what has been normal for her whole life up to now. In that case, a doctor could start to suspect a urinary tract infection, early onset diabetes, or some other such condition, and she should definitely get evaluated just to be safe. In general, any major change in bladder, bowel, or any other bodily functions, see a doctor right away!!

She just might have an over active bladder. Nothing is wrong with going to the bathroom lots. It would however slim the chances of getting a bladder infection. but she still might want to get it checked out. Just in case

If she drinks lots of liquid I would say no. But frequently emptying the bladder could be a sign of diabetes, particularly if she's having to go to the toilet more than twice during the night. Might be worth checking it out with the doc.

Most likely she should see a doctor. That could be from drinking too much or having a small or overactive bladder. If she knows it could be a problem tell her.
So the answer is no. They should do from 2-15x a day...

I am a frequenter myself, but not 20-30 times. There are a few things this could be...
1. Her muscles need to be strengthened down there
2. She should be tested for diabetes
3. She may be taking a diuretic.
All of these should be looked into with a physician

No, most people go every 2-3 hours. Sounds like a weak, or overactive bladder.

No, no and no again. This could be a sign of a bladder infection or even certain types of cancer. Have her see a doctor about it.
