This one girl( lets call her heather) thinks she is my friend. but shes not!hether is very annoying. how can i tell her that we are not friends?!?!!?

look, i think your nice and have a nice (insert vocabulary, or sense of humor, or something of the like) but (insert annoying part) is annoying as hell, and i would appreciate it if you would cut it out/stop it

why is she annoying to you? are you being fair? i understand that sometimes people can simply be annoying but maybe she deserves a chance. you need to just be nice to her. treat her how you would want to be treated.
