are baby wipes just like feminine wipes? could they cause an infection or anything?

Baby wipes should not cause an infection if they are clean. Some women find the scents and/or preservatives irritate their genitals, but they shouldn't actually give you an infection.

The feminine wipes are ph balanced. Baby wipes are a lot harsher, from my experience.

I wouldn't recommend using baby wipes . . . try Summer's Eve feminine wipes, they are specially made for our sensitive area :

They're pretty much the same thing. I buy the cheap store brand. Make sure they're hyper-allergenic. If they have aloe it's a plus.
