You say it is not pumping. Do you hear it run when you turn the key on? When you turn the key on, the pump should run for 2 seconds to prime the system. Then it will not run until the computer sees an RPM signal when you crank it. If the pump isn't running but the relay clicks you have a wiring problem. Sometimes the terminals on the pump connector get bent or misshaped. Disconnect the pump and touch the terminal to the gray wire on the harness with a test light, (don't pierce the wire, it will corrode and cause problems later) while someone turns the key on. It should light for 2 seconds. Then have them shut the key of for 10 seconds then turn it on again. If you have no power, you have a bad wire from the relay. If you have power at the terminal, you have a bad connection, bad pump, or have the pump wired wrong inside of the tank. Some after market pumps have the wires backwards from G M pumps and some G M pumps must have a new harness installed to match the new pump module.!!Just be carefull about sparks when you are testing anything around the tank!!

Blockage somewhere. Perhaps the fuel lines. Did you change out the filter? (Should be somewhere along the frame rail.) If the filter is clear, take off the fuel line from the intake manifold area and see if you can blow through it. If not, find and fix the blockage. Is the filter on the pump pickup clean?
