1. Drink more water.
2. Cut down on sodium intake, alcohol intake, and snacky carb intake (bread, pasta, rice, sweets, etc).
3. Make sure you don't have a hidden food allergy - try an elimination diet for a few days.
4. Eat protein, veggies, and fruit with every meal.
5. DO NOT eat the snacky carbs until after cardio exercise

Drink more water, yes, more water that cleans out the system. Cut out things with salt, cook with no or very little salt. Cut way down on fast foods if that is what you are doing. Take a diuretic but only if a doc prescribes it :) Oh and really stay away from pop especially diet pop/soda. Diet soda has twice the amount of sodium (salt) as regular sodas. Check labels for sodium contents :)

Sodas can do that to you. As far as cleaning your body, there's alot of products out there for colon cleansing and detoxifiers and stuff.

I've heard that enzymes in yogurt and probiotics are good for helping with digestion and stuff.

Good luck! When your bloated your bloated!

When cleaning your body be sure to use a unscented soap with no perfumes or dyes. I usually use something for sensitive skin, that way you get extra moisturizer. I use Dove! Make sure and not to use douches they're bad for you!

stay away from breads and high-carb foods (pasta) and take midol when you're on your period, that will help a lot.

And what do you mean "clean" your body. Just take a shower everyday and wash everything good with soap and water. Or some women douche, I don't, I don't think it's good for you.

The week before your period really watch your sodium intake. Keep it under 1200 mg .
Drink a lot of cold water.

If you mean "clean" your genital region, douches are not a good idea because they can cause yeast infections, which are extremely unconfortable and itchy.
