The most common one not to mix are a chlorine based bleach (e.g. Sodium hypochlorite) and a bleach with ammonia or oxygen base (e.g. Hydrogen Peroxide), as this will liberate chlorine gas. They used this in WW1 as a chemical warfare agent. Down the toilet, it would be dilute, so probably just unpleasant, unless you went mad. Mixed together on their own could be enough to knock you out, and then asphyxiate you.
Other things will tell you what not to mix them with on the bottle, but the effects will vary , depending on what it is.

Many household accidents involving mixing chemicals are caused by mixing a lavatory cleaner like 'Harpic' with bleach. Chlorine gas is given off which causes serious lung damage. Another dangerous combination is caustic soda (used to clear drains and sink wastes) with hot water. The mixture boils and gives off a mist of concentrated sodium hydroxide which is highly corrosive. It's also not wise to use caustic soda with aluminium saucepans as it dissolves them! There are very few explosive combinations and it would be irresponsible of me to tell you which but you are unlikely to mix these by accident.

You should not mix anything. When you buy something it has a certain use. You will not leave long if you start doing things without any understanding.

But if you ask me, I would not, repeat not, mix water and your father's whisky. So now, go and do it.....

Your question sounds very suspicious. I think that you intend to do something naughty. So I'm not going to tell you that you shouldn't mix bicarbonate of soda and white vinegar.

You really should not mix weedkiller (sodium chlorate) and sugar but it's up to you.
Try a very short fuse and see what happens.
Have fun.
