What does it take to play instruments for......?

.....the big people like Beyonce, Usher, Christina etc? How do they choose who's gonna be playing for their bands?

The players are auditioned for the "star" also, Most songs you hear on tghe radio or cd are not the same players that you would see in a concert. Those are called studio musicians and one guy can record a song with one artist one day and a new artist another day.This is not always the case though
