He's a good fit for the team and I don't see other free agents out there that would fill the gaps that he would leave, that being a solid outfielder, DH, and pinch hitter and I think that the Jays should make a real effort to sign him. I personally feel however the priority for the Jays are to get a number three starter and a short stop.

I dont know. Im am a Twins fan with a lot of respect for the guy and the way he plays. I would like to see him and Ted Lilly traded to MN for maybe Shannon Stewart to rejoin his old team and Carlos Silva.
