I take over the counter medicine sometimes but I'm scared to take it all the time because I don't want it to hurt the baby.My back pain won't go away.It's there everyday.i try taking baths and changing positions alot but nothing helps.Anyone have suggestions????

Go to your doctor, they will prescribe you some medication that wont hurt the baby.

I would see your Dr asap. Depending on where the back pain is you could have kidney issues brought on by pregnancy. I had back pain for 3 months and just last week had to have surgery and a stent placed. If it is something serious they will take care of it and put you on the right medicine. Dont take pain lightly if it is constant. Its best to not take any medicines but its also not good on the baby to be in constant pain.

back pains r normal when u are preggo, everyones body is different but ask your dr. next time u go for your monthly check up good luck =)

panadol is okay to take as long as u don't take too many...
talk to this to ur doctor because he can refer you to a physio~
