You can download the game from the CD for free, after you buy it. You can download it as many times as you want too.

If you have mIRC you can check a site such as packetnews.com
I have seen it there and they are really easy to use, it's set up so you can just click on the link and it will open IRC and take you straight to the channel you need to be in and then just hit Paste. The command will have already copied itself when you click the link.

At the same place where you can dig up nasty virsuses as well of course. Its so simple. Plus. Why try to download a old game? Isn't it cheap enough yet?
