Welcome to my nightmare. Who wouldn't like to have a wealthy person share their wealth by building them their home. But the sad reality is that a person has to earn and purchase a home themselves as there are few people around willing to do what your asking, unconventional times or not.

Well, I suppose you could saw off your leg, sever your spouse's spine, and drug your kids. Then you could apply to be on that home make over show on ABC. They only take pathetic sob stories, and if you did those things, I'm sure they would put you on the top of the list. Good luck.
