I've been seuxally active for a while and I'm strating to think that sex is my only merit. Guys don't want to hear about how smart I am all they want to do is just have sex with me. I feel if I dont do it, they won't like me.

Honey, you're only 16 and now you've gotten yourself a reputation. Guys talk about this stuff! Then guys will ask you out for sex only. Guys who have never gone out with you will tell other guys that they have "had" you. The guys who really like you are having trouble respecting you.
"If I don't do it, they won't like me."!!!! If you don't do it, what have you really lost? Only someone who is using you, but you do gain back your self-respect, even if you are the only one who knows why.
The sad truth is that you may never be able to shed the reputation as long as you are going to that school. The good news is that in two years, you will have graduated, your world and the people in it will change and you will be able to start anew.
This happened to me when I was in HS, and I never even had sex!

No, I don't think you are a bad person, What I think is that you are looking for love an acceptance. And as far as If you choose not to have sex with them thay won't like you,
Do they really like you now? or are they just using your body? The most important thing is do you like yourself? Sex is a cheap subsitute for love. And personally speaking what you are having with these men is SEX , when you find the man who really cares for you , the person you really are, then what you will be doing is making Love.

this doesnt make u a bad person, man will take advantage if they can. and you dont need to tell people how smart u r.. just be yourself and dont have sex right away, get to know the person first and try an develop a relationship before you do it. its best if at least you feel something for that person, not just the attraction or the fear that they wont like you.

Wow, that is horrible you should start by meeting new guys and
The first thing not to do is sleep with them make them wait at least a month or two the first date is not appropriate
Make sure that they know how smart you are by having discussions on art, music or anything revelant to intelligence
Don't have conversations that start out "u know I am the best at bj's that kind of puts guys off and of course they are gonna want you to prove it

Don't have sex so people will like you. Sex is supposed to be an act of love between 2 people that truly love one another.
Sex should never be used as a tool.

You can't be very smart if you feel that way. I had to learn the hard way that if you don't have respect for yourself no one else will.
Why should I think you are more than a sex toy if you only present yourself to me as such. We are not always victims, sometime we perpetrate the situation.
Make them treat you how you deserve to be treated.

It doesn't make you a bad person, honey... just kinda sad. You don't have to sex with guys for them to like you... and if that's the only reason they like, they're not worth your time.
Promise yourself you're going to stop trading sex for love/affection, and start trading love for love - it's a much better deal!

if they dont like you they wont like you and wont respect you for having sex with them, stop it now. if they dont like you then to the devil with them. at least they would respect you for not laying down like a dog before them. wake up girl, you need more respect for yourself that that.
