Depending on what state you are in it will be different from state to state. You will need to contact the state that holds your court order child support and get a copy of all transactions and payments from you. On this report it will show exactly what you are in arrears or if you have a 0 balance at the time the report is printed. Most states are now centralized and usually Child support will have a 1-800 number to call. Make sure that you have your social security number or case number handy when you make your call. Most child enforcement agencies will need that information before they can even talk to you. Good luck to you.

The question is not clear. Do you mean you were never ordered to pay any support? Or do you mean you were ordered to and are up-to-date in your payments?
