If you have signed such paperwork and it is filed, see the clerk of the Family or state court in which it was filed.

You can’t just sign away your parental rights (which is a different thing than custodial rights). A judge has to approve it, and in most states they are generally very reluctant to do so unless it’s for the purpose of adoption.

get a power of attorny, and have it signed and nortorized infront of a judge.
