Sometimes its just a switch that needs to be reset but take your car to a mechanic just to make sure there isnt something wrong with your brakes.

The anti-lock brakes are not working.
The brakes still work, but they will not
keep your wheels from locking up and
skidding. Check the brake fluid. Sometimes
low brake fluid will result in low pressure
which will trip the anti-lock brake sensor.
Take to a mechanic if you are not mechanically
inclined.

Its is either low brake fluid or a sensor has gone bad. If fluid level is fine take it to your local shop.

If you want to know for sure have it scanned for codes. Its called test not guess.

you have triggered something with your brakes. have you rode around with your parking brake up? slammed on brakes frequently? it's a brake problem, have it looked at.
