Go to your search engine and type in freelance graphic design or use the link below. From there you can post a job request and wait for someone to respond and then you pick from the offers as to who you would like to do the job. Give a general idea of what you want, no specifics until you hire one, get a general idea of what you are willing to pay, etc.

you can go to PowerPoint or image ready and create things until you get or see something that you like and something that fits your personality.
