No me personally, but my roommate at the time waited on R. KELLY at a family restaurant in the Chicago suburbs. He had New England Clam Chowder soup, a root beer & a slice of Boston Creme Pie. He only left her a $10 dollar tip (he had about 10 people with him, all had something to drink & almost all ordered something to eat-so the bill was like $75) My boyfriend met ICE-T at the Milwaukee Metal Fest about 9 years ago. Ice-T was just walking through the crowd. My boyfriend said he was very friendly. Another of my friends met MIKE NESS of SOCIAL DISTORTION after one of his concerts.

My uncle was the co-founder of the band GWAR. (He did most of their art and CD Covers)Chuck Varga* He dropped out b-c the manager was cheating them and now he is an artist in New York and gets me good seats in the Broadway plays he does props and stuff for. At one of the plays, I ran into that Carson Kressley from Queer Eye. I was so shocked, he was sitting two chairs behind me, I was too lame to talk to him, and he was with friends, but it was still a brush with greatness (Especially if he has breathed the same air as my beloved Johnny Depp)=P

I met Tommy Shaw of Styx back in the eighties when I was working at a record store. He just wandered in & I got so shy that I could hardly say hello, but he was very nice anyway.

I met an individual whose boy band later became famous. I was riding a Greyhound bus from PA to MO and sat next to him because he didn't look as dangerous and nasty as the other people on the bus. He was wearing red sweats. He started talking to me and asked me about my musical tastes. When he let me listen to his tape on his walkman I was polite but told him it wasn't really my type of music. Years later I heard his name and found out he had made it.
