No, I've had a hysterectomy and my stomach skin don't sag. You have to do some exercises just like after having a baby to keep yourself toned.

It shouldn't. It might be that you had the hysterectomy at a time of life when it becomes more difficult to keep your body entirely toned.

i think it depends upon the person..i remember after my mother had one, her lower belly had a flap...if you get a hysterectomy, make sure you continue to take care of yourself and exercise and eat well...i have known alot of women who get the surgery and get so depressed about it, that they sit on their butts and the extra skin gets bigger and sags....
