Well, let's see-
For the chick-rock set, we've got Alanis Morissette with "All I Really Want" which is really more shrieking than screaming.
For more traditional screaming- we've got "I Got You (I Feel Good)" by James Brown, who popularized the rock-and-roll "Ow" kind of scream.
For really scream-y screams, I think the Drowning Pool song "Bodies" is the ultimate. The refrain "Let the bodies hit the floor," being screamed out by the lead vocalist, is a really good driving song, especially if you're in a rotten mood. Happy screaming!

Alot of Underoath has pretty good screaming and the AFI cd Sing the Sorrow has good screaming in it too.
