Yes, there is a such thing as a penis reduction surgery, though I'd avoid it unless it's an absolute necessity. As to the people asking why one would want to, contrary to popular belief, a penis CAN be too big. If it's too wide or long, it can cause pain in your partner. It's also possible that there is too much space in the corpus cavernosa for the volume of blood available, so the man finds it impossible to achieve full erection.

I thought everyone knew how to do this,it is very simple.Before going to sleep write a note to the Penis Fairy that you would like to add or subtract so many inches from your little playmate,then put it under your pillow and in the morning,dadaaaaa,your wish will be granted.

Buddy, unless you are tripping over it, or scaring the hell out of people with it, why not leave things as they are and smile a lot. Take your mind off this and take up a hobby. I don't mean to be rude, but really, there are more interesting things to look at.

Why would you want to. The only way you can make it smaller is to use a knife and I don't think you would want to do that.

Cut the Damn thing! Make sure you measure it against a scale, choose the length you want to cut and make sure you got a sharp knife handy.

that is a normal size. The same size as mine and I have never been laughed at yet. its just that there are lots of guys who lie about the size they have. if a girl loved you she wouldnt care if you had 3 inches or 8 inches
