I have heard that Fish Oil pills promote hair and nail growth. At least it is natural.

Certain vitamins are supposed to help. My wife was on "prenatal" vitamins for years after our kids were born because she felt they made her nails stronger.

Frankly, I think a lot of it is genetics. I have strong, thick nails that I have to trim every few days or they get long very quickly. While my wife's are thin and brittle and hardly grow at all. If you don't have that gene, you may need to go with acylics.

drink your milk, eat your fruit and vegetables. Be careful when you clean wear gloves to protect them from being in the water or chemicals. My nails grow well don't know of anything special. My mom used to say knox gelatin was helpful for nail growth. Don't think they will grow very long that quickly.
