Mine is fairly simple & alot of it is just using the ingredients to your own personal taste. Take bread & tear into little pieces & allow to dry overnight. Fry 1 lb of sausage, onions & celery until sausage is done. Add garlic, salt, peper, sage, & thyme to the bread crumbs. Add sausage mixture to bread crumbs & moistine to desired consistancy with chicken broth. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Serve & enjoy.

This is my stuffing….

One loaf of rye, wheat, potato and Italian bread
Large onion
Bag of celery
Two balls of sausage
4 eggs
Sage
Thyme
Salt
Pepper

I mix at least four types of bread.. rye, wheat, Italian, potato cut it into small cubes and place all in a large pot add enough water to moisten it.

Cut up onions and celery and sauté in a pan with butter, salt and pepper

Boil off the sausage and let cool

Beat the eggs and add to the bread mixture along with the onion and celery mixture, crumble cool sausage, salt pepper sage and thyme to taste (I go heavy on sage and thyme)

Place lid on pot and put in fridge over night.. it allows all the flavors to mold together. Stuff turkey in the morning and put extra in a baking pan and put in oven about an hour before turkey is done.

May not sound like much but it is the best dang gone stuffin in the world just ask my kids lol lol
