I also have alot of stretchmarks from having a child, and tanning is the only thing that made them look better. Having a tan stomach has reduced the appearance of them, but watch out, the first few times you tan they may burn. I am now all tan and you can barely even notice them.

i saw someone said tanning will prevent stretchmarks from going away ..... i am sorry but that is a lie.... tanning doesn't make them go away and tanning usually just makes them show up worse. it depends though. i don't tan anymore because it's just another fashion statement and i have seen way too many girls go waaaaaay too dark and they realy shouldn't tanning is over rated. if u tan for health reasons that's good, other than that, if a dude can't like u for ur natural skin color then he's a pompous pig

My stretch marks (I have been given 2 long ones) weren't in any respect incredibly pink, they have been continuously very mild pinkish, very almost white, I layed out interior the sunlight throughout my being pregnant nevertheless so as that could have helped the coloring. i circulate tanning considering the fact that I even have had her and while i'm extremely dark, they are in basic terms pores and skin colored, no longer probable substantive till a shadow hits or some thing.

I'm assuming you interested in trying a self tanner right? It might help you look more toned, but sorry no you cant "tan" stretch marks away.

I don't think it would make them appear any darker or more noticable. It sounds good to me.
