I know you don't want to hear this, but I think you are beautiful. If you are looking for a makeover, then go to your hairstylist and get a consult. As far as makeup, less is more and if you are wearing a lot, then you can't tell, except that lip gloss, but I think that looked nice as well.
You are gorgeous just the way you are, really.

eh, i think you look pretty the way you are. Don't wear more make up. The kind you have already is good enough. Besides, too much make up is kinda awkward....
